oh baby...

There are so many things to get when you are expecting a tiny human. I am by no means an expert, but below you will find some of my go to products with links to purchase if you'd like. I have personally used every single one of these products and they all come highly recommended by me and so many other mamas. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me!

The Elvie pump saved my life...well that's a little dramatic. It saved my sanity. Trying to work and pump or care for a baby and pump can be so overwhelming and make you feel crazy. With this system you can pump hands free! It is virtually silent and has great expression. Highly recommend for any mama who doesn't want to be tied to regular pump!

Now this product is EXTREMELY controversial. You either really love it or really hate it. For our family it was the only way we could get a shower as parents. We would strap her in and put her right in front of the bathroom so she could hear us and we could see her. It is an investment,  but it was gifted to us. I highly suggest putting it on your registry. PEOPLE WANT TO BUY YOU THINGS. NICE THINGS. Don't be afraid to put some higher dollar items on your registry. I promise if they can't afford it they just won't get it.

monitor.jpg

This monitor is what dreams are made of. You have a regular monitor screen to keep bedside and then you can connect your phone as well! Perfect for new moms like myself who need to check in on baby even when they aren't home. The monitor has so many functions and features like sleep tracking and two way microphone. We have loved it!

stroller.jpg

The Graco Mode's stroller has probably been the best decision we have made. We looked at sooooo many strollers before deciding on this one. It was a travel system so it came with the carseat and base as well. It is light and easy to use. The stroller folds so easily and makes popping baby out of the car and clicking into the stroller base a breeze!

squitch outfit.jpg

The Love to Dream swaddle was the only thing that our little girl would sleep in when she first transitioned out of a swaddle. It fits snuggly around her little body and made her feel safe and secure. They even have a design that is made to help with the transition from sleeping with arms in to arms out!

merlins sleep suit.jpg

Merlin's Magic Sleepsuit. This is an item a lot of new parent's haven't heard of until they've done a deep dive into sleep solutions at 2 a.m while consoling a crying babe. It is a fluffy, marshmallow suit that has supernatural powers to promote sleep in babies. Ok that's a bit of an exaggeration, but it was a game changer for us. The first night our girl slept in this she slept for 7 hours straight for the first time ever. We loved this product, but sadly had to transition out once she was able to roll from back to belly.

nose frida.jpg

Snot is by far the nastiest part of parenthood to me. It's slimy and gross and it's EVERYWHERE! Whether your little one just has a runny nose or horribly congested, this little contraption will help get them breathing better.

skip hop.jpg

Around our house this is known as the "Skip hop beep bop." I'm not sure where that came from or why we started saying it, but it is what it is. Our little girl hangs out in this off and on throughout the day. She LOVES it. It has so many little activities and since it is plastic it is easy to clean! I also figured out that you can by additional toys that suction cup to the plastic so you can rotate out toys to keep them interested.

aquaphor.jpg
bottles.jpg

Aquaphor is a staple in our household. It helps everything from booty rashes to eczema. Our little girl gets slathered up in it every night before bed and anytime she has even the slightest rash.

NUK bottles were the answer for us when we were trying to find a bottle that our breast-fed baby would take. They have multiple nipple options for different flow rates. We use the three hole option that provides a slow flow.

diapers.jpg

Huggies little movers are the only diaper we have consistently used. They fit snuggly and work so well to prevent leaks. Not to mention they don't give our girl a diaper rash. They've got the wet line indicator that lets you know when you've got diaper that needs to be changed.
